WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR CRATE PARTY ARRIVES

Where to start if I choose to set up my own tents!

  • The sheets/blankets are laundered, EZ peasy!

  • Start with airing up the mattress’.

  • Tip: I LOVE to let my kids do this because they love using with pump!

  • Sheets go right on next.

  • Tents Next, they have elastic that hook right by the bottom dowel. (Circle at bottom) Tie Ribbon at top

  • Add Bunting and twinkle lights however you like, batteries are fresh.

  • Trays, blankets, lanterns are next then pillows! Set it up however you like! It’s fun to be creative.

    ^^^The pillow lovey’s are stored in a Vacuum sealed bag after EVERY use for a minimum of 24hours. I will not schedule back up Themes for this reason so if you know you want a certain theme, book it first.


 

WHERE DO I START

This won’t get much easier! So here’s what we do: you decide on a Tent option and the number of guest. We build from there..

We have themes, but you might have your own? That’s cool, I can add to yours OR you can just use the basic tent package and do your own thing.


 

HOW DO I HOLD MY DATE AND THEME/refunds

A Deposit of $75 will hold your date and theme. Cancelations happen, I get it! I will refund a deposit if you cancel within 14 days of event. After that you are welcome to choose another date up to 2 times. Constant changing of dates will result in loss of Deposit.


 Anything that is personalized will be specially ordered for your party-once they are personalized they will NOT be able to be refunded.

packing up

It’s sad when the party ends… I agree. Let’s do this the easy way, Reverse the set up, enlist a kids to help deflate (PUMP HAS A DEFLATE FUNCTION). Strip sheets, blankets throw into big labeled zip lock bag. Pillows and Stuffy’s go into the vacuum seal and you can suck the air out:) This is a pay it forward move! The next party loves you for it, and it keeps all germs contained! Everything else goes in Crates and message me, I’ll come get them!!! Thanks for using CRATE PARTY!!

Damages and extra fees

Accidents happen, especially at parties and we totally understand… However we do ask you to agree to return all party rental equipment and decor in the condition it was received.

**If you are adding on colorables (you will love these) be sure our young guests are monitored with fabric markers, they are permanent and can stain blankets, pillows, tent decor.  

We ask you agree to any extra cleaning fees or replacement fees of rented items that are returned broken, torn, stained, or soiled beyond normal ware.  And we do ask you to agree that returning items in poor condition will result in loss of your $75.00 deposit plus any additional fees incurred. 

Lastly, we ask you that you are able to return items at the time we both agree on. If you are not able to keep that time slot, there will be an hourly fee incurred. Why? Well, while your party is VERY important to us, yours may not be the ONLY party we are planning in a weekend and its very important to be able to deliver and pick up in those time windows:) Yes, makes sense, I just knew you’d understand!

is there an option for crate party to set up/pack up for my party?

Yes!! We have made the process super easy for you to “DIY” your party to keep the cost down for you, however, you can also add-on to have us do the work for you. It takes about 45 minutes on average for one DIYer to set up a party of 6 and less time for less tents or more time for more:) The Outdoor theater is super simple as well.

For a set up add-on the cost is $100 and if you want us to set up and pack up for you it’s $185. This will need to be arranged when you schedule your party. If you do not add this on at that upon scheduling, we will not be able to set up or pack up for you;)

there a delivery outside of Prosper TX?

Yes! There is NO delivery fee for Prosper. There is a fee outside of Prosper and the price is based on the distance..However you can pick up in Prosper for no fee. Contact us for more info!
